Tortilla Soup
 
4 jars of 505 mild Green Chili Sauce
4 cans (or 2 of those large cartons) low sodium chicken broth
3-4 chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
1-2 red bell peppers, diced and sauteed
6 small red potatoes, cubed
1 bag frozen corn
 
Throw all ingredients in a large pot together and simmer on low-medium heat for AT LEAST 2 hours.
Serve with a dollop (or more) of sour cream, and tortilla chips.
 
NOTE- Can substitute beef and beef broth.
