1 c. mayo
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb pack of coleslaw mix
2 Granny smith apples, chopped into small pieces
1 c. chopped pecans
In a large bowl, mix together mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in coleslaw mix, apples and pecans. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
This is great on top of your Asian BBQ sandwhices!!!
